HOW LONG DOES ORDER PROCESSING TAKE?

All orders require a 1-2 business day processing period. Your order will then be shipped once processing has been completed at which time you'll receive an email notification.

WHAT DO I DO IF MY PACKAGE WAS RETURNED TO THE SENDER?

If your package is returned to us after an attempted delivery you have 2 options. Option 1, we can send the package back to you but you will be responsible for covering the new shipping fee. Option 2: We can cancel & refund the order but the original shipping fee WILL NOT be included in the refund. We cannot refund you UNTIL we receive the package.

MY PACKAGE SAYS DELIVERED BUT I HAVE NOT RECEIVED IT?

Please contact the carrier in which your package was sent. To ensure you receive your package track your order and be available to receive your package on the set delivery date, it is recommended if your are not available you set a in-store pick up date with the carrier.

CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?

If your order has already shipped, we will not be able to cancel your order and will not provide any refunds or exchanges. Please carefully review all orders before checking out. If the order has not been shipped we may be able to cancel the order.

HOW MANY BUNDLES ARE RECOMMENDED FOR A INSTALL?

The amount of bundles you need will be based upon the desired look you’re trying to achieve. An average installs 12”-30” can use 3 bundles. The rule of thumb when it comes to bundles is the longer the length the shorter the weft. So for lengths such as 26”-30” 4 bundles can be used for a fuller look.

CAN I COLOR MY EXTENSIONS?

Yes, you can but we recommend hiring a professional colorist to help achieve the desired look that you want.
