YOU MUST CONTACT US BEFORE RETURNING. YOU WILL NEED TO SUBMIT A PICTURE & RECEIVE APPROVAL FIRST. YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR SHIPPING FEES, AND THE ORIGINAL SHIPPING FEE WILL BE DEDUCTED FROM CREDIT. WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE IF THE PACKAGE IS LOST IN TRANSIT. YOU MUST PAY FOR YOUR SHIPPING LABEL, WE RECOMMEND USPS PRIORITY MAIL WITH SIGNATURE.

If you are unhappy with the quality of your Pinky Virgin Extensions you can return the hair within 7 days of delivery in its original packaging ( bundle must still be intact & not used.. read more below) for your money back!
We will not accept the hair if it has been:
- Installed OR Used
- treated with chemicals (bleached or dyed)
- Bundle rubber bands have been cut, broken, or removed.
- Washed, wet, or not in original condition.
- The hairs texture/pattern has been altered.
In order to receive a refund and qualify for our 7 day money back guarantee, you must be unsatisfied with the quality of your hair extensions.
we will administer you a refund via. store credit or card refund which is the same way you would have paid (not including orginal shipping fees).
